Back in May 2020, David's wife Chrissie had a significant birthday and instead of having a piece of jewellery, (which was the default option for David), Chrissie asked for an 18ct Yellow Gold cover for her dog whistle, which she uses every day while out walking, training and competing in HPR Working Tests. The final design featured the letter C pave set with Emeralds and a ring of Diamonds at the cover's base.

Well, one thing led to another and gundogwhistlecovers.com was created to offer a greater collection of variants to the wider working gun dog world.

Made in the beautiful and Historic town of Lewes, East Sussex.

Available in all precious metals, the launch edition is hand made in Sterling Silver, with Gold detailing and the choice of standard and oversized hallmarks. Variants include, small faceted black diamonds, green diamonds, sapphires and rubies.
